I recognize that this is volume of cone

V=(1/3)pir^2h
times 3/1 both sides
3V=pir^2h
divide both sides by pih

(3V)/(\pi h)=r^2
sqrt both sides

\sqrt{(3V)/(\pi h)} =r

r= \sqrt{(3V)/(\pi h)}
