Suppose you are standing on a frozen lake where there is no friction between your feet and the ice. what can you do to get off the lake?

well, when there is no friction between your feet and the ice, you could easily slide from one place to another.
So in order to get off the lake, you can simply make a throwing movement to the opposite direction from where you intended to go and your body will automatically slide there.

To get off the lake, throw something in the direction opposite to the way you want to go.
