The formula for estimating case fatality rate is: F = A/B *100, where F= case fatality rate, A = number of death recorded and B = number of people diagnosed with the disease. From the question, A = 20, B = 160,
therefore, F = 20/160 * 100 = 12.5.
Therefore, the fatality rate is 12.5.
