Does the agents report become part of the insurance policy

Even though is not a must, we can say that it will be beneficial for the agent's report to be part of the policy. We can say this becase an agent's report discusses the agent's personal observation about the proposed insured that may help in the underwriting process. It asks questions about the length of time the applicant has been known to the agent, an estimate of the applicant's income and net worth and whether the agent knows any reason that the contract should not be issued. But something that is true is that the agent's statement does not become part of a contract
