Well, he had Sgt. Renzulli when he first graduated the academy, he worked with Sgt. Renzulli in the 12th precinct. Then he moved on and was assigned with his new partner Vinnie Cruz. Unfortunately, Cruz was killed in the line of duty in season 3. Season 4 episode 1, Jamie found out he was partnered with Eddie Janko. And boy, is he glad now that he partnered with her. Things started off normal, but there was some undeniable chemistry between them. So on season 4. episode 19. they ended up kissing after they got drinks together. Luckily, in season 8 episode 22 "My aim is true" Eddie saves Jamie from being shot and he hugs her and says "I'd spend the 5 million on you" answering her question of "what would you do if you had 5 million dollars" and the next scene is family dinner were Jamie is late, but he brings Eddie Janko and introduces her as the "future Mrs. Jameson Reagan"
