For this case we have the following function given:

`f(x)=(x^2-3x-28)/(x+4)=((x-7)(x+4))/(x+4)=x-7`

and we can see the we cant divide by 0 when x= -4 so then the discontinuity is removable at x= -4 and the answer would be:

(-4,-11)

Since -4-7= -11
