Pythagorean theorem: a^2 + b^2 = c^2 (a is the base to the point, b is the height, c is the length of the wire/the hypotenuse)
Plug in: 40^2 + b^2 = 200^2
40,000-1,600 = b^2
Square root of 38,400 = 195.96 feet
