f(x) = 2x^2+3x

g(x) = x-2
First find (f + g)

(f+g) = 2x^2+3x+x-2

(f+g)=2x^2+4x-2
Now multiply by 2.

(f+g)(2)=2(2x^2)+2(4x)+2(-2)

(f+g)(2) = 4x^2+8x-4
