Translation.

The correct answer is (8, -7

The coordinate A(2,3) becomes A'(6, -2) after it was translated.

The difference between these two coordinates is obtained by:

\begin{gathered} x_2-x_1=6-2=4 \\ y_2-y_1=-2-3=-5 \end{gathered}

The coordinate of B after translation is:

B(4+4,-2+\text{ -5) = B(8,-7)}

Hence, the correct answer is B'(8,-7)
