hello :
x^2 -3x +n is a perfect square trinomial : x²-3x+n = (x-a)²
x²-3x+n = x²-2ax+a²
-2a = -3
a² = n
a= 3/2
n = (3/2)²=9/4

x²-3x+n

Because 3 is a prime number, n must be a fraction.
When completing the square, n= 9/4
x²-3x+n
= (x²-3x+ 9/4)
= (x-3/2)²
