In order to calculate the volume of a sphere, we can use the formula:

V=(4)/(3)\pi r^3

Where r is the radius.

So, since the diameter is 6 units, the radius is 3 units, then the volume is:

\begin{gathered} V=(4)/(3)\pi3^3 \\ V=36\pi \end{gathered}

So the volume is 36π cm³.
