What term was used to refer to Greek statues that were in the form of a standing, draped girl?

The correct term is 3: Kore
On the other hand, there is also the Kouros, the name of a standing girl who is standing without clothes. But since this one says "draped" You can go with #3
For the record, never heard of a "ka" from Greek myths, though I have in Egyptian, though it is totally different.
