Answer: 2 different orders

Explanation:

each order needs to have 3 DIFFERENT appetizers so once you bring the 2 orders without meet, there is no way to make more orders with 3 DIFFERENT appetizers

72 different orders, each soup can have a different meat and other* so take 4* 6* 3 because that is how many different combanations you can do
