An aircraft carrier travels 6 inches per gallon fuel. Kendal's car travels about 28 miles per gallon of fuel. There's 5,280 feet in 1 mile. How many more inches per gallon does Kendal's car get than an aircraft carrier?

First of all, you have to do 5,280x12 which is 63,360. This is the amount of inches in a mile. Then, do 63,360x28 which is 1,774,080. Subtract 6 from this number to get your answer which is 1,774,074. Hope I helped!
