It is also a very useful therapy because it is a more problem-focused and solution-oriented treatment, in comparisson to psychotherapy.

A short term therapy from psychological therapist. He could get some advises from the therapist that would help him change the way he thinks and maybe help him also to change the way he think, instead of thinking the negative things, he would think about the positive things.
