Paralle lines have the same slope, that is the relation between the increases in y and the increases in x.

So, first we write the line in slope-intercept form:

\begin{gathered} 7x+5y=-35 \\ 5y=-7x-35 \\ y=-(7)/(5)x-7 \end{gathered}

The line that is parallel is the one that has the same slope (m=-7/5).

The line that satisfies that is Option A: y=-7/5*x+4.
