This is based on "Macbeth" which is also a play that was written by William Shakespeare and based on Act V, when the doctor informed the woman to just take from Lady Macbeth all the means of nuisance, what he means is that he is afraid that Lady Macbeth might KILL HERSELF. Hope this helps.
