the heat of copper is 0.835 joules/grams degree centigrade. We now have 186000 joules and a 285 degree increase 186000/285 degrees comes to 652.6 joules per degree Celsius. 652.6\0.385= 1695 grams.

The specific heat of copper is 0.385 joules/gram degree centigrade. We have 186000 joules and a 285 degree rise in temperature. 186000/285 degrees comes to 652.6 joules per degree centigrade. 652.6/0.385= 1695 grams.
