to actually learn how to solve these types of problems (psst.. not for tests or anything) I would recommend you learn this-- SOH CAH TOA . If you google "soh cah toa" and learn how to use this, (fairly easy after you apply the principles) you can solve these. anyway, for this problem, you need to find the length of both the hypotenuse (longest side) and the adjacent angles. to do this (SOH CAH TOA) you will need to use the cosine(A.H. means Adjacent/Hypotenuse) of the angle you have already (53) which is .6018, meaning this answer would be .6 *10=1.6
