1. What is the most common method large businesses use to communicate their views on environmental issues to legislators?

Their executives run for president or prime minister.

They hire lobbyists.

They take out ads in newspapers and magazines.

Their leaders vote as private citizens, like everyone else.

Large companies know that their profit is based on how they interact with the different issues around the world. Companies want to know how to approach environmental issues to the community and to legislatures. They will hire lobbyist to provide the information needed to give their feedback. Lobbyist are people who are educated on many different topics and probably was legislatures themselves. Lobbyists work long hours especially if a bill is presented based on the topics of concern with the large companies.
