# of students: 6th= 250 7th= 200 8th= 150
% moves: 6th= 2%. 7th= 4%. 8th= 8%

Yes the values in the table support his claim because:
2% of 250 is 5, 4% of 200 is 8, and 8% of 150 is 12
5 + 8 + 12 = 25
I think this is right??
