Nora can do 70 push-ups in 2 minutes like can do 105 push-ups in 3 minutes .do this rates form a proportion? Explain

Yes because if you do 2/70= 3/p you can cross multiple by multiplying 70 and 3 then divide 2 you get 105 so it's a proportion
