In this problem the equation system is:

\begin{gathered} 3x+5y=4 \\ x=-3-6y \end{gathered}

SO we can replace the second equation into the first equation so:

3(-3-6y)+5y=4

and we solve for y so:

\begin{gathered} -9-18y+5y=4 \\ 13y=-9-4 \\ y=-(13)/(13) \\ y=-1 \end{gathered}

Now we can replace the value of y into the second equation so:

\begin{gathered} x=-3-6(-1) \\ x=-3+6 \\ x=3 \end{gathered}

So the ordered pir is:

(3,-1)
