X to represent the other number
Supplementary angles= 180°
4x+x=180
5x=180
X=180/5
X= 36
The second number is 36
The first number is 4x
Since we know that x=36°
That means 4(36)=144°
36+144=180°
Im not sure if this is the solution

∠1 and ∠2 are supplementary angles. ∠1 = 124° ∠2 = (2x + 4)° Remember the formula for finding the missing degree in a straight line (with two supplementary angles)? Use ∠1 + ∠2 = 180∘ With this information,
