We have the following inequality given:

-4(x+7)<3(x-2)

For this case we can distribute the -4 and 3 and we got:

-4x\text{ }-28\text{ < 3x}-6

Now we can subtract 3x from both sides of the inequality and we got:

-4x-3x-28<3x-3x-6
-7x-28<-6

Now we can add 28 in both sides of the inequality and we got:

-7x-28+28<-6+28
-7x<22
