Answer:

Option A left 1, and down 5

Explanation:

Parent function is g(x) =
(1)/(x)

When transformed becomes f(x) =
(1)/((x+1))-5

Transformations done are

(1) g(x) =
(1)/(x) shifted 1 unit left on x axis then function becomes g'(x) =
(1)/((x+1))

(2) Then g'(x) shifted 5 units down on y-axis then g'(x) becomes f(x) =
(1)/((x+1))-5

Option A left 1, and down 5 is the answer.
