the slope would be 1... the y intercept would be -2 and the line would pass through (2,0). If you need more help graphing, visit desmos.com

(x2, y2) = (2, 0)

Slope =
(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)
Slope =
(0+3)/(2+1)
Slope =
(3)/(3)
Slope = 1

The slope of the line passing the point (-1,-3) with an x-intercept of 2 is 1.
