Slope-intercept form will be used to write this particular equation

y=mx+b
-> with b as the y-intecept and m as the slope

As we already have b and m, we just need to insert values
m=2/3
b= -3

y=mx+b
y= 2/3x -3 -------After insertion

Equation of the line: y= 2/3x -3
