Help with a scenario please

Ethical Case:
The Aggressive Child

Eric is a large and extremely active four-year-old who often frightens and hurts other children. You have discussed the situation repeatedly with the director, who is sympathetic but unable to help. The parents listen but feel that the behaviour is typical for boys his age. They won’t get counselling. A preschool specialist from the Mental Health agency has observed the child, but her. recommendations have not helped either. Meanwhile, Eric terrorizes other children and parents are starting to complain. You are becoming stressed and tired and your patience is wearing thin. You and your co-teacher are spending so much time dealing with Eric that you are worried the other children are not getting the attention they need.

Question: Formulate a decision about what should be done. What helped you to come to your decision.

Answer:

I am not really good with these stuff... but I will try...

well as Eric is only 4 year old any kind of harsh assessment is out of option..

the solution needs to understanding for a 4 year old boy ...

if we try to teach him that hurting other children is bad it might not be very effective so going too easy isn't gonna be effective either...

it's complicated to solve these problems with children but I guess in this case we should go a Lil strict while trying to make him understand what actions are wrong and also rewarding him for his right actions and decisions he makes....

I know it's not gonna be very helpful but that's what came in my mind so.... I hope it's helpful
