Since neon is a monoatomic gas then
tx/tNe=√x/MmNe
76.8/52=√x/20
1.48=√x/20
squaring both sides we have:
2.19=x/20
cross-multiply.
2.19×20=x
then;
x=43.8
therefore the molecular mass of the unknown gas is 43.8g/mol.
