Answer with explanation:

The equation of the line that Anya graphed on coordinate grid:

y-2 = 3(x-1)

⇒y -2 = 3 x -3-----Using distributive property of Multiplication with respect to Subtraction

⇒ y -2 - 3 x +3=0

⇒ -3 x + y+1=0

For, x=0, y= -1

x=2 Gives,

⇒y = 3 × 2 -1

y=6 -1

y=5

Two points lying on the line are, (0, -1) and (2,5). Plot these points on the Coordinate plane, and join them and produce them from both ends to get the equation of line.
