Anumeha is mowing lawns for a summer job. For every mowing job, she charges an initial fee of $10 plus a constant fee for each hour of work. Her fee for a 5-hour job, for instance, is $35. Let F(t) denote anumeha's fee for a single job F (measured in dollars) as a function of the number of hours t it took her to complete it

I know this is about 12 weeks to late but the answer is: F(t)=5t+10

Answer: Our required function is F(t)= 10+5t.

Explanation:

Since we have given that

Initial fee she charges for every mowing job = $10

Since we have given that for a 5-hour job, she charged $35.

so, first we will find the per hour charge using the above information.

35=10+5x\\\\35-10=5x\\\\25=5x\\\\(25)/(5)=x\\\\x=5

where, x denotes the charges per hour.

So, Charges for each hour of work = $5 per hour

Here, F(t) denote Anumeha's fee for a single job as the function of the number of hours 't' it took her to complete it.

So, our function becomes,

F(t)=10+5t

where t denotes the number of hours.

Hence, Our required function is F(t)= 10+5t.
