2x-3y=9
Bx-6y=18

These two equations are equivalent. To find the relationship between the two equations, divide two of the same terms.

19/9=2
6y/3y=2

The second equation is twice the size of the first equation. Multiply 2x by 2 to find what B is.

2x*2=4x

The B in Bx-6y=18 is 4.
