You can apply Charles' Law.
V1= 5.00 (L)
T1= 92.3 + 273 = 365.3 (K)
T2= -37 + 273 = 236 (K)
V2 = ? (L)
We have: V1/T1 = V2/T2
--> V2= (V1*T2)/T1 = (5*236)/365.3 = 3.23 (L)
