Sarah has a laundry bag in the shape of a cylinder. The area of the bottom of the bag can be written as the function A(x) = x2 - 2 feet and the height is H(x) = 5 feet. Write a function, V(x), that represents the volume of the bag.

As we know the volume of a prism is the product of height and base are

H(x)= height, A(x)= Base area

Thus,
When volume = height(base area )

V(x)= A(x) · H(x)
= (x²-2)(5)
= 5(x² -2)
