area of shaded = area of big circle - area of little circle
area of circle = (3.14 r^2)
radius little =20.1
radius big = 20.1+13.2=33.3
area little =3.14×20.1^2=1268.59
area big = 3.14×33.3^2=3481.9146
3481.9146 - 1268.59 = 2213.3246 m^2
