The middle latitude cyclone is associated with a wave shape
and is a low-pressure system found in the middle latitudes.
These low-pressure areas are responsible for determining the Earth's weather.
These cyclones are also called as wave cyclones due to their waved shape.
These cyclones can cause rain, cloudiness, tornadoes or thunderstorms.
Due to the Coriolis effect, the wind flow is anti-clockwise in the northern and clockwise in the southern hemisphere.
