Answer: The correct answer is- option A).

Cold liquid cream has higher density as compared to hot coffee. When Pat pours cold liquid cream into a hot coffee cup, it will be dropped down to the bottom of the cup (due to higher density). After this, some of the cold liquid cream will rise up to the surface as it becomes hot ( as hot has low density).

Thus, option A) is the right answer.
