Use the formula A=bh , where A is the area, b is the base length, and h is the height of the parallelogram, to solve this problem. Duc is making an art piece to enter into a local art contest. Duc's art piece is in the shape of a parallelogram and has an area of 675 in². The base of his art piece is 25 in. What is the height of his art piece?

Since we know the area and the base of the parallelogram, we can plug those values into the formula in order to solve for the height. When we plug the values in we get 675=(25)*h. In order to isolate the h, you have to divide both sides by 25 in order to get h=27 inches which is the final answer.

Hope this helps.
