How many solutions does the system have?

y = –2x + 2
y = x^2 – 3x

number of solutions there are =

you do 2*2+2 for the first one =y
second one 2-3*6 =y

If I'm not wrong, you must draw a graph for this
y=-2x +2
sub x=-1 ,0 and 1
and do the same for y=x^2-3x
and plot the coordinates
don't worry y=-2x+2 will be a straight line because it's x is to the power of one
and **to find the no. of solutions, refer to ur graph and count the number of point of intersections and that will be ur answer
