It would be -282 below sea level, and would be kept the same for 20,236. And if I did my math correctly they are 19, 954 feet apart from eachother.

in a number line which goes from north to south, the upper portion has positive numbers and the lower portion has negative numbers.
so the elevation at Mt. McKinley will be written as +20,236
and at death valley it will be -282
