The phenotypic results would be all yellow pods
in the f1 generation ONLY the DOMINANT trait is seen.

True breeding plants are the ones which have identical alleles for a given trait. Thus, the plant with green pods will have genotype
gg
and the one with yellow pod will have the genotype
GG
.
Now when these two plants are crossed, we get:
GG X gg ----> Gg Gg Gg Gg
Since yellow is dominant over the green, the phenotype of the heterozygote individual would be
yellow
.
Thus, the offsprings in
F1
having the genotype Gg will have the phenotype
yellow
pods
.
