first we calculate the perimeter (p) of the tire
p=diameter*pi
in this case diameter=height of the tire
p=2.199 feet
the number of rotations[R]=distance traveled/the perimeter of the tire
R=130/2.199
=59.117
1round<------360 degree
rounded 59 round is required
