1. Forming-it’s the first stage of team development, during this period group starts to getting know each other, they also set major milestones, organizing team, setting general group rules and they discover all the resources that will be available for them.
2. Storming- during this stage conflicts and competitions are at it’s peak. Because team member’s know their responsibilities
3. Norming- in this stage group becomes more united
4. Performing- this is the stage when team with their hard work want to achieve their goal
5. Adjouring- in this stage team is most likely to start breaking up because the task has been completed
