Is the dilation a reduction or an enlargement?

It would be an enlargement because the rule is when a dilation is 1 and up, it means it gets larger. And of course when the scale factor is less than 1, it's simply a reduction.
Because the scale factor is 2.5, it gives you the answer B. enlargement.
