Answer:

Doctor 1 : Mean = 12 / Median = 12

Doctor 2 : Mean = 16 / Median = 18.5

Data from the stem and leaf plot :

Doctor 1: Age of the patients: 1, 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 29

Doctor 2 : Age of the patients: 2, 2, 3, 9, 13, 17, 20, 20, 22, 23, 26, 35

Both doctor 1 and 2 had 12 patients that day.

The Median of that data is the number in the middle of a set of numbers from least to greatest..

Mean of the data is the average ages of the patients which can be expressed by adding all ages together from 1 doctor and dividing it by the amount of ages there are.
