40 units multiply by 6 units equal 240 units

First think of all the combinations that equal 40
1x40
2x20
5x8
10x4
But since the length is 6 units greater than the width 10x4 would be what you have to work with since 10 is 6 more than 4. The length would be 10 and the width would be 4.
