I'm not positive about this, but I think the answer is 137500.
To find the area, multiply 12.5 times 11. Then set up a proportion to find the extra 10%.
12.5 x 11 = 137.5
137.5 10
? 100
137.5 x 100 = 13750
13750/0.10 = 137500
