My heart is like an apple‐tree

Whose boughs are bent with thick‐set fruit;

re-write it using the language of today

Keep in mind that even though you change it in the language of today, the sentences must have the same feelings and mean the same thing.

Over here the poet is making his heart similar to an apple tree that is bent with lots of fruit. My heart is so heavy like a tree whose branches are bent by thick fruits. So here the poet is sad.
