The Price per millimeter is what you want to find. So that would be what everything would equal.

In order to find the price per milliliter, you'd have to take the price of juice and you'd have to divide that by the number of milliliters in a carton.

So your equation would look like this:
z=x/y

Answer:

x/y

Explanation:

Given that james has to buy juice for his class party. there are several brands of juice at the store, and each container is a different size and price

x=price of juice

y=number of millileters in carton

z=price per millileter

Price per milllitre = ?

Given

y millilitres cost = x dollars

Hence 1 ml cost = x/y dollars

z = price per milliliter = x/y dollars
